We here at Old Ways do our best to make ourselves so available to our readers. There's a certain mystique that tends to form around those of us who find ourselves in a teaching role within the spiritual community. For our particular approach to work, it's pretty important that we tear down as many of those walls as possible. We truly believe that each of us has a calling, no more or less prestigious than any other. Ours is simply to teach what we know and to do our best to not only serve the spiritual community, but to strive to make the world a better place. Rather than hold ourselves up as something special, we'd rather be honest and remind you that you're just as special as we are.

We do our best to respond within 48 hours, but as you quickly discover, we are utterly swamped around here (on a continual basis) writing books, pursuing Jeffrey's photography, raising kids, interacting with our Facebook community - not to mention mundane things like jobs, housework, and the like.

Monday through Friday, from approximately 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific, either Jeffrey or Briana are interacting with our community on the Old Ways Facebook page. (We may not be there to instantly respond, but we check in every half-hour or so on a normal day.) If you'd like to discuss articles, share dreams, and share with a large community of wonderful, warm-hearted, open-minded practitioners, please feel free to join us. Liking our Facebook page is also an excellent way to be notified of new articles and additions to the Old Ways site as we share all of them with our community each time something new posts.
