Two years after the events in the Wildlands, the prophesied thirteen mortals have scattered on the winds. In their absence, armies gather for war, an alliance between the forces of mortal and fae dominating the battlefield and challenging the maat for control of the world of Tapestry.

Unaware of the growing conflict, Kai and Ko'laru have set aside their duties as warriors and retreated to the Wildlands to finally begin a family of their own. With their first child on the way, tragedy strikes and Kai finds himself leading a desperate rescue. New alliances are forged. Old friends die.

Caught in a web of intrigue and manipulation, the heroes find that avoiding the prophecy is impossible, that the only path left to them is to become full participants in the coming conflict. As all out war pits mortal and fae against the otherworldly maat, Tapestry is forever changed.

Lost Within is the sequel to Escaping Destiny and Book Two in the eight book series, The Tapestry Chronicles.
