In this class, we'll be exploring a process of finding your own center, of learning to compassionately respond to those around you from a place of strength and love, and how to let go of the stress and allow the turmoil to flow by you without knocking you off course.

Relationships: Lessons, Love and Spirit
It's time to put relationships in perspective. There simply is no greater (or more challenging) portion of our journey in regards to personal growth and development. Relationships push every button, poke every chink in our armor, and tend to drive us crazy. So how do we embrace the love and create something beautiful? And, if we're not in relationship, how do we prepare ourselves to fully engage in relationship?
